Acceptance

The conference planning committee will finalize the program in July. The primary contact will be notified via email no later than July 31, 2009; and will be responsible for notifying the members of the proposed session of the committee's decision and if accepted, confirming their intention to attend. Upon acceptance of the presentation proposal, each presenter agrees to participate by presenting the proposed workshop, registering for the conference, and provide all workshop material to participants.
