The 23rd CASPAF Annual Conference
The Frontier of Aerospace Affairs
August 31 -September 2, 2012
at
Walt Disney World Resort, Florida, USA
(Including technical tours of visiting Kennedy Space Center,
Aero-Space programs in Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, University of Central Florida,
Florida Institute of Technology, or Space Florida, etc)

Conference Goals

The conference intends to help build partnerships for future Research, Education, and Businesses. One of the two themes of this year's conference is "The Frontier of Aerospace Affairs". The assembling will create a win-win situation for all parties in Taiwan and Florida to benefit their aerospace affairs. Outstanding papers/presentations will be selected by a committee for publication in the conference proceedings for indexing and sale through the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Call for Abstracts

The Planning Committee is soliciting abstracts of papers, speeches, and posters to be presented at the 23rd Chinese-American Scholars and Professionals Association of Florida (CASPAF) 2012 Annual Conference. Please consider submitting an abstract! We want to hear about your most interesting research, projects, vision, experience, and/or opinions on "The Frontier of Aerospace Affairs". Please be sure to submit an abstract discussing how your business, research and/or projects have been or could be used to better promote the frontier of aerospace affairs forward.

Abstract Submission

The abstract (250 words maximum) should include the title of the paper or poster and the author or authors' information. Please be certain to identify the expected presenter. For each author, please include the name, affiliation, mailing address, email address and phone number.

Please submit abstracts for either oral presentations or posters to one of the following persons:

Key Dates

• Abstract Deadline: Saturday, June 30, 2012
• Notifications Sent to Authors: Saturday, July 14, 2012, or (2 weeks after receiving the abstract if accepted)
• Final Papers Due: Friday, August 31, 2011

Fees and Expected Costs

• The registration fee is anticipated to be US$300 including local technical tours in Central Florida.
• A special registration fee for students who will present posters on Saturday (September 1, 2012) is anticipated to be US$50 per student. 
• Conference will be held at Walt Disney World Resort, Orlando, Florida, USA. Room at the Resort: $99+tax/night including complimentary round-trip motor coach service and in-bound luggage handling to and from Orlando International Airport. (Special courtesy of Walt Disney World Resort).
